Every conversation — Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp — now lives in a single unified inbox, both inside the per-tenant admin and on the platform-level operations view. Disconnect buttons let sellers unlink a channel without touching Meta's settings, and a background cron refreshes long-lived Meta tokens every 50 days so sessions don't silently expire.

What's new

Why it matters

Before this, a token expiring silently would break the bot until the seller noticed their conversations went cold. The refresh cron makes the connection feel permanent — set it up once, don't think about it again.
